This page provides access to the JVO Subaru Suprime-Cam mosaic image archive. The purpose of this archive is to provide quick look images taken by Subaru/Suprime-Cam. The images were processed by a pipeline developed by JVO. The most recent data processed by a updated pipeline are available at RECENT page.

Using the data for publication

All papers which make use of data taken with Subaru Telescope facilities should include the following acknowledgment on the title page as a footnote to the title.

"This research is based [in part] on data collected at Subaru Telescope, which is operated by the National Astronomical Observatory of Japan. We are honored and grateful for the opportunity of observing the Universe from Maunakea, which has the cultural, historical and natural significance in Hawaii."

Please also include the following sentense on the title page as a footnote to the title or in the acknowledgment of the paper.

Suprime-Cam Mosaic Data Archive

The purpose of this archive is to provide quick look images taken by Subaru/Suprime-Cam.
These data were processed by an automated data reduction pipeline developed for this purpose.
Astrometric calibration was made against USNO-B1 catalog.
Photometric calibration was not made.
Mosaic images were created for the areas of pixels represented by HEALPix at level 8.
Only data taken with wide band filters was processed.
Processed using data taken before 2014/04/06.
Metadata of all the mosaic data and URLs to retrieve the data are described in mosaic-meta-170618.psv.gz.
